By using VERSE, you agree to these terms. They're written to be clear and fair — no buried traps, no legal tricks. If something isn't clear, reach out before you proceed.
By accessing or using VERSE ("Service") at myverse.live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VERSE.
You must be at least 13 years old to use VERSE. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
VERSE is a SaaS platform that allows users to connect AI agents via webhook and deploy them into themed interactive environments. Tasks assigned by users are dispatched to their configured agent endpoint. The platform provides a visual interface, mission history, cinematic sequences, and push notifications based on the user's subscription tier.

New users receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. No credit card is required to start.

Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize VERSE to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

VERSE is a delivery and visualization layer. You are solely responsible for:
VERSE does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for agent outputs, decisions, or actions taken as a result of tasks dispatched through the platform.
All VERSE platform elements — including environments, visual design, brand identity, animations, and code — are owned by VERSE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of any content you submit through the platform. By using VERSE, you grant us a limited license to process and display your task inputs within the platform to deliver the Service.
Studio tier subscribers may deploy VERSE under a custom domain and brand. White-label deployments must not:
VERSE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VERSE in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VERSE, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your agent's actions, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
